We can issue tickets for most airlines operating from Sri Lanka, including Middle East, Asian, and European carriers, subject to seat availability and airline rules.
You can book your ticket by:
• Visiting our office
• Calling or WhatsApping us
• Sending your passport copy and travel details via WhatsApp or email
To issue a ticket, the following are required:
• Valid passport copy (minimum 6 months validity)
• Passenger name exactly as per passport
• Travel dates and destination

No. Airline fares are dynamic and may change due to:
• Seat availability
• Travel dates and season
• Airline fare rules
Prices are confirmed only after ticket issuance.
We aim to provide the best available fares at the time of booking.
However, airline prices vary constantly and cannot be guaranteed until issued.
Refund rules depend on the airline and fare type:
• Fully refundable tickets
• Partially refundable tickets (penalties apply)
• Non-refundable tickets
Fare conditions will be clearly explained before ticket issuance.
Yes, subject to airline fare rules:
• Date changes may involve airline penalties
• Fare differences may apply
Name changes are generally not allowed by airlines.
Refund processing time depends on the airline and bank:
• Usually 14–45 working days
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
If an airline cancels or reschedules a flight:
• We will assist with rebooking or refund options
• Final outcomes depend on the airline’s policy
Visa services are not included unless clearly stated.
We may offer general guidance, but visa approval is the sole responsibility of the passenger and the relevant embassy.
Temporary reservations may be available but:
• They are time-limited
• Seats are not guaranteed until payment is completed
We accept:
• Cash payments
• Local bank transfers (LKR)
• Online transfers (subject to availability)
Travel insurance is not included by default.
It can be arranged on request at an additional cost.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring:
• Valid passport and visa
• Transit visa requirements
• Health and entry requirements
We are not responsible for denied boarding due to incomplete or invalid documents.
- International flights: At least 3–4 hours before departure
- Domestic flights: At least 2 hours before departure
- Airline charges follow airline refund policies
- Service fees charged by the travel agent are non-refundable
Yes. We operate in accordance with Sri Lankan tourism and aviation regulations.
