Fares, payments & refunds
No. Fares are dynamic and depend on seat availability, travel dates, season and airline fare rules. A price is only confirmed once the ticket has been issued.
We aim to secure the best available fare at the time of booking. Prices fluctuate constantly, so we would rather be honest about that than promise a number we cannot hold.
Cash payments at our office, local bank transfers in LKR, and online transfers subject to availability.
It depends on the ticket type — fully refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable. Any penalties are explained to you beforehand.
Usually 14–45 working days, depending on the airline and your bank. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
Airline charges follow the airline's refund policy. Service fees charged by the travel agent are non-refundable.
Changes & disruptions
Yes, subject to airline fare rules. Date changes may incur penalties and a fare difference. Name changes are typically not permitted.
We will assist with rebooking or refund options. The outcome depends on the airline's policy for that disruption.
