To issue an air ticket we need the information the airline requires from us. That typically includes:

  • Passenger name exactly as printed on the passport
  • Passport number, issue and expiry dates, and nationality
  • Date of birth and gender as recorded on the passport
  • Contact details — phone number and email address
  • Travel dates, routing and any seat or meal preferences

Where you ask us to arrange a visa, hotel or insurance, we may collect additional documents required by that provider or embassy.

We use your information only for the purposes of the service you asked us to provide — issuing and managing your booking, arranging related travel services, and contacting you about that booking.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Your details are shared only where they are needed to complete your booking:

  • The operating and marketing airlines on your ticket
  • Global distribution and reservation systems used to issue tickets
  • Hotels, insurers or visa processing centres you asked us to engage
  • Authorities, where disclosure is required by law or by border regulations

Booking records are retained for as long as is necessary to service your travel and to meet our accounting and regulatory obligations. Passport copies are stored securely and removed once they are no longer required for an active or recently completed booking.
